For Vendors
- Vendor will agree to sell his/her products from Smart Bazaar Platform.
- Vendor needs to provide his/her personal details correctly as per CNIC or ID documents.
- Vendor has to provided his/her business details correct as per business registration documents.
- Vendor will sell only those products from Smart Bazaar Platform which are legal to sell by the government of Pakistan.
- Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd will pay the GST on the sale from Smart Bazaar Platform.
- Vendor has to be agreed with Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd policies and conditions.
- Any change in business details or in a Products, vendor has to be informed the Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd as soon as possible.
- Vendor has to be agreed with Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd delivery methods.
- If order is canceled by the Customer than Vendor needs to return the order and Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd will not charge any commission and will not pay the order amount to the vendor for that order.
- Vendor agreed to give Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd Relevant Commission as per your category of products. So you need to pay that commission rate on per sale from the Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd platform. If we change in category commission ratio we will inform our vendors before one week.

11. Vendor will get his total sale amount after deducting the Commission of Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd.
12. Vendor will get his total sale amount from Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd after one day if the order payment method is COD (Cash on Delivery) and if the payment method is by the bank transaction than Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd with will be clear amount to the vendor after two to three working days by the cash or Bank Transfer options.
13. Smart Bazaar will clear all amount of your total sale within 5 working days if you want to close online shop from Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd. For Closing the store from us you needs to inform us in written.
14. Vendor is agreed to give his/her all products details with the images.
15. Vendor has to ensure the maintain the quality products to the Customs of Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd.
16. If store can’t able to maintain the product quality and can’t follow the Smart Bazaar Pvt-Ltd Standards than company has all the right to disable your account from Smart bazaar and your remaining amount will be clear in 5 working days.
For Customers
- You needs to provide his/her personal details correctly as per CNIC or ID documents.
- You need to provide the valid delivery address.
- You need to provide valid mobile number to receive the order on time and correctly on your location.
- You can cancel your with 10 mints. Once order in processing you can’t cancel your order.
- If our rider come your place and product is not in good condition so you can cancel the order but delivery charges will be deducted from you.
- If our rider come to your place and you don’t answer the call or no body will be there to handle your delivery than that order will be credited in your account and you can’t be able to reorder from Smart Bazaar until your previous credit is not cleared.
- Smart Bazaar has all the right to close your account if you don’t follow the Marketplace Standards.
- To enjoy the services form Smart Bazaar Pakistan you need to provide all right information which is related to your delivery.
- Never provide fake or false detail for Smart Bazaar Delivery.
